30 Day Return-to-Base Warranty
All refurbished IT products from Tec Hut include a 30-day Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty from the date of delivery.
How to request a return
Email us at sales@techut.co.uk or call 0330 124 4716 within 30 days of delivery to start your return.
We’ll confirm the return and provide instructions on how to return your item safely.
Return conditions
Items must be returned in the same condition supplied, including all accessories and, where possible, original packaging.
Returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service. Tec Hut cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Who pays return postage?
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds and replacements
Once received, we’ll inspect the item. If approved, we will process a refund or replacement (where stock is available).
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at purchase.
Warranty coverage
- Covers hardware faults only.
- Does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or software issues.
